Shipping & Returns Detailed Obsession will endeavour to ship your items as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Orders made during the weekend should be shipped next working day, Monday morning, public holidays excluded. You may return goods up to 21 days after receiving them. Goods must be returned unopened and unused, in the original packaging, for a refund to be offered. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, and not the cost of the postage. You must pay to return the items to us. In the extremely rare event of goods arriving damaged or faulty, these are replaced free of charge. These methods are very expensive and we make a substantial loss on 95% of all our P&P to ensure that you receive your orders quickly and safely. We never cut costs by shipping 2nd Class or Standard Parcel Post. You only pay the same as what other companies charge for shipping your orders via the much slower 2nd Class or Standard Parcel Post methods, which can take up to a week to arrive, once shipped! Whilst we are happy to offer international posting, all non UK mainland customers MUST contact us first to agree postage costs and to arrange shipping.
